LESSON 5:LEVEL 5 MEDITATION
As we have promised to discuss the destination of breathing, let us come to that topic. According to medical science, the breath move to the lungs. When the lungsexpand, the breath expend more and easily on the lower surface which pushes the diaphragm downwards. The diaphragm subsequently puts pressure on the abdomen by which we feelthe expansion of it.When the breath reaches the lungs, it moves to the capillaries, where the oxygen gets absorbed by the blood and move to each and every cell of the body.Since it is moving to every cell, it is also moving to the abdomen, where we can feel the expansion easily.
In this lesson one has to send the breath to the right hand. The moment one focushisattention on theright hand, he can feel the breath moving to the right hand.To make it clear and easy, while inhaling send the breath to navel and from there direct to the right hand fingertips. This means that while inhaling move the attention from nose-tip to navel and from navel to the right hand along with this speed of the breath. While exhaling one has to feel the returning of breath from the fingertips to the nose tip through the navel center. In this lesson one has to be aware of the breath or the life force(prana) moving in between and nose-top and right hand fingertip through the nevercenter.
