LESSON 3:LEVEL 3 MEDITATION
In lesson number 3, the nose-tip is considered as the gateway of breathing. This is the starting point of breathing. Since the breath enters from the nose-tip there must be an end point of the breathing. As it has been advised in the first lesson to fill the abdomen first with in inhalation and, this indicates that the breath is moving directly to the abdomen. The center of the abdomen is the Navel centers or belly button which is the end point, the destination, the target of the breathing. The navel center is very important point right in the human psychology one has to be sure that the breathing is moving between their nose-tip and the navel center. One has to be completely aware of the breathing between these 2 points in this lesson. This is also an automatic process that one has to be aware of (including previous order automatic process).If one cannot be aware of all the automatic process together, just be aware of the last automatic process.
